TMCBLOG.com – Bro Sekalian, seperti kita ketahui kemarin di Press Converence pertama MotoGP 2018 di Sirkuit Losail Qatar, The GOAT Valentino Rossi menyatakan akan terus membalap dengan Movistar Yamaha sampai Tahun 2020. Ini mengartikan bahwa telah terjadi kesepakatan antara dirinya dari Yamaha untuk memperpanjang kontrak dua tahun lagi Pasca habis masa kontrak di Akhir Musim 2018 ini. Ini juga artinya Jika Rossi berhasil melewati Musim tahun ini dan dua Musim yang akan datang, maka ia akan menorehkan Catatan 25 Musim GrandPrix . . . Namun Jelas yang bikin kepo adalah apa alasan Rossi mau memperpanjang Kontraknya sampai akhir musim MotoGP 2020 ? Cekidot deh sob . .

Berkaca pada Schumacher

Kepada Para Jurnalis di Press Converence kemarin, Rossi berkata Bahwa ia telah melihat banyak pembalap baik di Roda dua maupun roda empat pensiun saat berada di puncak seperti Michael Schumacher, Max Biaggi, Troy Bayliss Namun mereka selalu kembali lagi ikut Race di kemudian Hari. Dan akhirnnya dengan alasan inilah Vale Memutuskan akan terus membalap sampai akhir . .

Di kesempatan Lain, Rossi mengatakan bahwa ketika Ia menandatangani Kontrak terakhir Tahun 2014 bersama Yamaha, Rossi merasa bahwa kontrak tersebut adalah kontrak terakhirnya sebagai Pembalap MotoGP. Kepada Internal YFR Rossi mengatakan bahwa keputusannya untuk lanjut dan tidak adalah melihat seperti apa Test Pramusim berjalan, dan sepertinya menurut Rossi, Test Pramusim di Sepang, Buriram dan Qatar sudah cukup memberikan refleksi baginya bahwa ia akan kuat menjalani kompetisi ini sampai usianya menjelang 42 Tahun nanti

Rossi dikenal juga sebagai The GOAT kepanjangan dari the greatest of all time. Ia menyamai Mike Hailwood dan Carlo Ubbiali dimana keduanya menorehkan 9 kali Juara GrandPrix lintas Kelas. hanya Giacomo Agostini dan Angel Nieto yang menorehkan angka diatas 9 kali. Dengan 56 kali kemenangan dari 206 kali start Rossi masih menjadi Pembalap Yamaha Paling sukses semenjak ia bergabung dengan Pabrikan asal Iwata tersebut.
